How to prepare Z Drinks Hydrize:

1. Add ice to the shaker (optional, but recommended).
2. Fill the shaker with cold water (500 ml).
3. Add 1 scoop.
4. Close the shaker tightly.
5. Shake for a few seconds until completely dissolved.
6. It's ready to drink.

Adjust the amount of water depending on whether you prefer a stronger or milder flavor.
